Set upon a high shelf,
The two-faced doll.
Pained
Her once beautiful skin,
Scarred by love.
Missed
Poised on her shelf,
Longing to be held.
Remembered
First time leaving her perch,
Last time they touched.
Lost
A tender hug.
A gruesome fall.
Forgotten
Hey i really like this one:) The only downside i have to your poems so far is that all of them seem to be very bleak. And i can see the bitter sweet side of that, but maybe try to broaden the spectrum n see where you can go with different emotions in your poems:)
